Invest in you. Change everything.

Leadership Impact Program

The Leadership Impact Program is ideal for strategic leaders and emerging leaders with a mandate to develop core business. We also welcome applications from people responsible for a defined functional area in a large organisation.

Due to disruptions caused by COVID-19, the Leadership Impact Program has been postponed until 2022. If you would like to join our 2022 cohorts, please reach out to us via programs@pollinategroup.org.

You and your goals

You do business in an unpredictable, complex and disruptive landscape.

Add daily, at times confronting, exposure to many of the biggest problems in the world and welcome to where we do business – the slums of India and remote villages of Nepal.

Our Leadership Impact Program immerses you in this environment with peers, to apply design thinking to real world problems that you bring into the room and work in thought-provoking situations.

You’ll return home as a deeply self-aware leader ready to mobilise transformation.

2020 program dates

Social Impact Leadership Program in Bangalore

About the Leadership Impact Program

Invest in yourself as a leader through thoughtful reflection with the group, and understand your unconscious impact.

Discuss, deconstruct and explore topics including:

  • Merit versus diversity
  • Stakeholder versus shareholder
  • Systems theory and critical behaviours
  • Inclusion and gender empowerment, sustainability and business ethics through our lens, and share ways to test, iterate and evaluate your own company’s approaches.

Identify opportunities for your business to create maximum social impact through effective CSR policies. Learn about the latest trends in shared value and CSR with leadership peers from around the globe.

Visit and experience some of the poorest, hardest to serve customers in the world – in the middle of India’s booming tech hub – and meet the inspirational people changing their lives.

Leadership Impact Program fee and inclusions

The fee of A$6,000 is a valuable donation to our work and includes:

Testimonials

Yoong Heng Tan, Singapore Office Leader and Director, Arup

“I realised that when you make assumptions too quickly, it can really prevent progress, and maybe someone else from performing. This program challenged me to view the issues from the ground-up, and it opened me to new perspectives.” Read Yoong Heng’s blog: Singapore executive joins Pollinate Group on a reflective journey.

Nuria Ruiperez

Nuria Ruperez, Global Innovation Lead, Worley

“Any other training you’ve done, or leadership programs you may have gone through, think of them. Now throw them out the window. Pollinate Group’s program is a completely different experience on many different levels. The environment you’d usually experience a leadership program is turned on its head.” Read Nuria’s blog: 5 insights from a global innovation lead.

Dominic Nicholls, CEO, Mimal Aboriginal Land Management Corporation

“I enjoyed the focus on strategy and the ability to focus on a defined problem shared by both organisations, with rapid prototyping to solutions.” Read more about Dom’s experience in Bangalore: Unfamiliar learning environment creates magic for leaders.
